I founded Simplify Legal Intelligence (SLI) to help businesses transform their legal data into structured formats that large language models can effectively use to understand the business’s unique needs and circumstances.

SLI offers specialized consulting services focused on data structuring and AI workflow optimization.

We help your team evaluate existing legal data for LLM readiness, transform unstructured documents into machine-readable Foundation Data, and orchestrate specialized AI workflows to meet your specific business needs.

I’m a licensed attorney, but SLI is not a law firm and doesn’t provide legal advice. I'm not a software engineer, but SLI’s services are grounded in real-world enterprise LLM implementation experience.

During my last in-house role, I led implementation of a contract lifecycle management platform with an integrated LLM and discovered a clear pattern: without properly structured data that captures your specific business context, even the most advanced AI tools produce unreliable results.

SLI operates as an independent consulting firm. For AI projects requiring legal judgment (e.g., contract review), SLI supports the work of its sister company, Vining Legal PLLC (a law firm), through specific joint offerings on a flat fee, fixed scope basis.
